The geopower model gas dominant of Russian economy development

In this article concluded the necessity of introduction of the industrially-innovative potential formation model as deep law of development with transition to postindustrial stage as to new type of economic values and economic systems organization on basis of scientific and technical progress achievements. Thus introduction of the industrially-innovative potential formation model is the factor of administrative paradigm change for Russian gas industry enterprises in which there already were necessary innovative preconditions, and Russian economy as a whole which can be considered as set of modernized economic spaces of separate enterprises determined by industrially-innovative factors.
