Budgetary technologies in strategic planning

A concept node relating to the strategic planning was considered in this paper and we have proposed a definition of a term "strategy". The problem of planning in terms of indeterminacy was actualized. In the capacity of strategic planning we considered a scenario planning as one of possible alternatives. And the level of using budgetary technologies as an instrument of strategic planning at various stages and in diverse processes is determined at that.
