Carrying out of budgetary reform in the Russian Federation conducts to increase of quantity and volumes of interbudgetary streams in the country. The conclusion is drawn on an inefficiency of system of interbudgetary transfers and directions of the further transformation of system of interbudgetary transfers are offered.
