Necessity of the research of theoretical aspects in financial science is explained by urgency approach of existing methodology to the practical field of implementation, adequate to modern economic conditions of management.
     Description of traditional questions of contents’ studies and essence of finances, which is based on total analyses of their concept basis: finances, money, monetary funds, financial system is summarized in the article.
