The Moscow investment climate specific features in the frame of concepts of formation of the International financial center and reforming industrial zones

The Moscow urban university of management of the Moscow City Government in cooperation with Department of scientific and industrial policy of Moscow City, Department of foreign economic and international relations of Moscow City, Russian Academy of Natural Sciences has conducted the international scientific and practical conference to explore influence of Concepts a) to create the International financial center and b) to reform industrial zones on the specific character of the Moscow City investment climate. The participants of the conference have defined a number of issues, relating to the International financial center formation and reforming of industrial zones. One part of issues was attributed to the competence of the Russian Federation and the other part - to the competence of the Moscow City as a subject of federation. The current analytical article represents generalized results of the scientific discussion according to the journal profile.
