Authors are proposing the theme in the sphere of financial control. For running the general financial control the Highest Manifesto of 28 January 1811 institutes the Main Board for inspecting the state accounts, which later (in 1836) was renamed into the State Control. In the context of reformation of the State control in the second part of XIX century achieved were the integrity and the publicity of the state budget and the integrity of the monetary-cash-register system. In the article based on factual documents analyzed were the functional activity of the Ufa control chamber for the control of reports of the state revenues and expenditures and other financial operations according to the modern law.
