Theoretical foundation of modern models refinancing of mortgage credits

The article considers some theoretical questions of organization of refinancing models of mortgage credit: features of mortgage credit, its difference from banking credit, essence of refinancing mortgage credit, main criterions of classification of foreign and domestic models of mortgage credits. The material of the article is useful for formation in Russia scientifically grounded model of refinancing of mortgage credits adequate to Russian conditions.
