Globalization seriously influences on the development of Russian financial market. For analysis of opportunities to use international financial market experience in Russia it is necessary to determine negative and positive factors of influence of globalization on the development of world financial market. In circumstances of rapid increase of volume of transactions and capitalization of world financial market it is necessary to create all the conditions for active development of Russian financial market and increase its role in innovative development of the economy.
