The Institutional Problems of Weak Banks’ Diagnostics

The lessons of the current financial and economic crisis show that in conditions of globalization a number of key problems of the institutional environment of banks performance are kept. The article is devoted to the discussion of institutional problems of banks’ diagnostics and acquiring the lessons of the global financial and economic crisis. The author proves the necessity to resolve the problems based on comprehension of need to improve the legislation environment of banks’ diagnostics, development of methodical maintenance and toolkit of expert judgment not only by bank community, but also by legislature and supervision. Resolving these problems needs to change the psychology of crisis management and improve personnel maintenance of potential of banking system’s development.
