Problems of non state pension funds regulation

The problems of non state pension funds (NPF) regulation are viewed in the article. The author examines the development of the financial institution, the principles and problems of its regulation in historical perspective. The influence of the regulatory functions of various structures on the activities of NPF is shown. The author proposes to significantly reduce the number of regulatory structures that perform the role of regulator and/or the controller for the NPF; the functioning of the NPF under the control from mega regulator or under two-componenet approach is considered.
