Long ago closed investment fund became part of investment world. Nowadays closed investment fund are the main part of global economy in whole and different countries economies in particular. Closed real estate investment trusts for concrete investment projects could in the near future become a viable alternative to existing for investment scheming. In the presented research different closed investment fund governance model in implementing investment projects are considered.
