Despite of the improving economic situation in the country, the consequences of crisis continues to exert influence on the financial condition of the penal system. The problem of finding effective solutions to minimize and overcome the negative effects remains valid. This publication analyzes the main trends in the financing of the penal system over the past three years, studied various aspects of the impact of crisis on the financial security of the penal system, conducted by state and departmental anti-crisis measures. Summarizing possible measures to promote their implementation, in particular is in the manufacturing sector of the penal system.
