The authors show the actuality of banking insurance theme for development of financial sector of Russia’s economy - banking and insurance. The authors give a review of a definitions of banking insurance and proposes the own definition of banking insurance taking into account the world experience.
     The material on the types of resources of a bank and an insurance company within banking insurance interaction systematized and compiled. Review the possible cooperation forms between a bank and an insurance company and analysis of these forms. It described the main types of banking insurance products.
