Currently in conditions of the increasing economic integration and internationalization of business the guarantee of favorable conditions for formation and of organizing the activity of big industrial enterprises in Russia is the key task of shaping of effective corporate sector in Russia. This paper is devoted to the process of foundation of corporations. There is carried out comparison of the experience of the past period of reforms and present, on the basis of theoretical and empirical data, different ratings there are revealed the special features of formation of contemporary corporations in Russia.
