Assets management in Belarus local financial administration: features of centralized model

This paper is connected with feature of assets management of actives in the local governments of Belarus. In paper the central place is occupied by the components of a assets management in a local finance administration: local budget recourses, immovable and movable estate. The paper focuses attention on a number of assets which local authorities can operate independently. A condition of local budgets in terms of financial crisis and anti-crises management tools of local finance administration are considered in paper. In conclusion the reserves of assets management improvement in a local finance administration are concerned. The assets management analysis has been carried out uses the data by the Belarus.
