Place and role of oil complex in modern economic relations: the analysis of key global and national tendencies of development

In article the brief review of the basic tendencies of development of an oil complex at a global and national level (on an example of the Russian economy) is presented. On the basis of the analysis of the international and domestic statistics the significant role of oil resources in modern economic relations, their influence on the financial and commodity markets is proved. The separate attention is given a problem of current development of the oil industry of the Russian economy, its restrictions in conditions of crisis.
