The credit policy of bank and financing transfer of intellectual actives

In the article legal and economic aspects of mutual relations between managing subjects during a transfer of intellectual actives are considered. Offered algorithm of a choice legal forms of attitudes of participants of a transfer of intellectual actives, and also a technique of a quantitative estimation of rationality of crediting on the security of intellectual actives are directed by banks of managing subjects on attraction of banks as financial intermediaries of a transfer of intellectual actives.
