Problems of an effective pension system formation in Russia

In an article preconditions are considered and the course of reforming of pension system in Russia is analyzed. The author defines possible directions of improvement of pension well-being of the population in the future, as within the limits of system of obligatory pension insurance, and not state provision of pensions. For the purpose of the decision of the basic problems of pension system creation of the insurance fund guaranteeing certain level of safety of pension means, elimination of discrepancies in systems of regulation, supervision and the control of the financial market, carrying out by the state of a policy of increase of financial literacy of the population is offered.
