Perspectives of professional liability insurance development in RF

The necessity of professional liability insurance utilization as an effective tool of socially important spheres of the economy regulating and a mechanism of the consumers property interests guaranteeing are highlighted in the article. The author has analyzed the possible forms of liability insurance application and identified the imputed insurance as the most promising direction of the insurance market development in Russia.
