Actuality of theme is conditioned by insufficient stimulation of passing to more ecological technologies. A research object is a financial mechanism of management the ecologically oriented innovative development, and a purpose is forming the practical approaches to its improvement. System application of the having a special target financing programs, tax stimulation and credit support of ecological-innovative update of production, financial providing of effective transfer of the proper technologies is offered in the article.
