The United States of America in world economy system: paradox of stability

In the article the author describes key indicators of the U.S.A. economy and provides consistent analysis of monetary, fiscal, and foreign trade factors. Despite of the fact that the United States still plays a vital role in the world economy, there is a necessity to rethink the concept of unidirectional world and to revise the position of the U.S.A. in the global economy because of the problems related to financial system and real economy. Based on empirical material, the author evaluates the state of the US economic system and makes a forecast of macroeconomic system development in the medium and long-term prospective.
