On the budget expenditures differentiation of the regions of the Russian Federation

The present work is about the problems of efficiency and effectiveness of budget expenditures in terms of differentiation in the economic development of the regions of the Russian Federation, in the financial provision of social expenditures. Budget expenditures of the regions of the Privolzhsky Federal District per capita are examined. The necessity of introduction programme and targeted methods into the process of budgetary planning using a system of indicators which allows estimating productivity of budgetary expenses is proofed.
