Article is devoted to generalization of available materials on management of public finances of the Russian Federation in the conditions of financial and economic crisis. On the basis of the analysis of the statistical data the conclusion that 2009 was one of the most difficult for the last decade is drawn. Overcoming of negative influence and crisis consequences on economy of our country is one of the major problems of a financial policy of the state at the present stage.
