Financial maintenance of a notariate in the Russian Federation

The article is devoted questions of financial maintenance of notarial activity in the Russian Federation. In article concept definition «financial maintenance of notarial activity» is resulted, stages and forms of its realization are considered. The basic sources of financing of activity of notaries are defined. The special attention is given to questions of tax privileges to notarial activity. The mechanism of indemnification of the sums half-received by notaries by granting of legislatively established privileges, by address budgetary subsidising of persons of the preferential categories which are making out legally significant actions is offered.
