Credit policy in the Age of Catherine II

The article describes about the conditions and specifics of the bank system, commercial and credit interests of merchants in the second half of the XVIII century in Russia. The bank-not appeared first-born in Russia in the Age of Catherine the Great. The great event was foundation of Bank-not Bank and State Loan Bank. The State credited of trade and industry. There was budget deficit in Russia in this time. Author relate financial aspects of the trade policy, part of the bankers and first state foreign loans in the economical development of Russia.
