Financing the participation of the Ukraine in research cooperation with the Russian Federation

Forms and methods of the financing international research cooperation are generalized in article. The institutional base of the research cooperation Ukraine and RF is reveal. Specifics of the financial ensuring the participation main sector sciences of the Ukraine in research cooperation with RF is analyzed. It Is shown that budgetary restrictions greatly influence upon scales and structure cooperation. The perspective mechanisms of the financing such cooperation are motivated.
