Prospects of the use of financial engineering elements in the financial management of Russian region debt

There questions of increasing to efficiency of the financial management of Russian region debt are considered in this article. The authors have offered the methods of financial engineering to emissions of regional bonds. This method takes into account specifics to macroeconomic situation, different types of risk, particularities of the determination of income and liquidity.
