Throughout all existence of exchequer system of the Russian Federation cash services of execution of the federal budget are a key direction of activity of Exchequer of Russia. For better and efficient control budgetary funds constant development of processes and procedures of management by operations on the Uniform exchequer account of the federal budget is necessary.
