Three-focused value-based model for construction of a profile of a thermal segment of power branch in 2006-2008

In connection with the beginning of the second wave of power branch reforming, the problem of effective system creation in companies of thermal generation has got recently urgency. The base of effective integrated management is combination of three-focused value-based model and benchmarking. Three-focused value-based model is tool that measures and explores the strategy and day-to-day operation decisions via the fluctuation in values of a firm. The profile of a thermal segment of power branch is tool of branch analysis on cost borders in dynamics and, in the same time, it is tool of the company’s decision making, based on retrospective view and strategic orientation.
