This article is devoted to innovative approach to management of Russian gas industry enterprises, concerned with mechanisms of scientific and technical assets consolidation which provide synthesis of industrialized innovative factors for management. These mechanisms reflect variety of probable local innovative solutions satisfying integrity terms and specified systems and functional propertys which are determined by innoforms – innovative gas industry enterprises.
