Last years the state reduces hospital beds in treatment establishments, and motivates it with efficiency increase of budgetary funds expenditure. In process of standard-legal base investigation, concerning public health services financings, came up a question, on basis of what indicators and by what criterion can the state estimate treatment establishments efficiency and works productivity. Therefore we consider to develop a technique of treatment establishments works productivity definition on the basis of productive-industrial and estimate-budgetary indicators standardization, to prove the allocated volume of financing and estimate treatment establishments works efficiency.
