The influence of the global economic crisis in terms of financing small business in Russia

Small business’ functioning is exposed by stable development upset risk and is under the influence of internal and external factors. The analysis of infrastructure of small enterprises financial resources creation fulfils at two directions: internal and external sources. The services of financial and non financial institutes are analyzed within the external sources system.
