Double character of credit bureaus operations at fimnancial market

Due to intensive growth of bank lending there is a necessity for special bodies, credit bureaus (CB), which deal with collecting information on bank borrowers. It becomes urgent to provide banks with such informational services to prevent them from crediting unfair clients. Simultaneously developing the CB cooperation with banks and collection agencies decreases credit risks of banks. The author comes to the conclusion that double character of CB operations as separate legal entities and effective tool for credit risk management becomes more obvious in conditions of financial crisis.
