The insurance market: problems and prospects of tax regulation

In article the current state of the Russian insurance market in the conditions of financial crisis is considered. The problems of the state tax regulation interfering development of the insurance market in whole and its separate segments come to light. Prospects of perfection of tax regulation of the insurance market, assuming differentiation of measures of tax regulation of activity of subjects of the insurance market, in a cut of its basic segments are defined.
