The principle of open and effective competition in the government procurement in Moscow

In recent years in Moscow formed a transparent regional system of state procurement. In article examines the state procurement system of the city of Moscow to meet the principle of open and effective competition, as well as its implementation. The evaluation considered the most common reasons for limiting competition in government procurement.
