The financial maintenance innovative activity as the factor of increase business activity

In the article the analysis of a modern condition of innovative-investment sphere in Russia, its financial maintenance, and also the major factors constraining its development are revealed. The cyclic model of innovative development reflecting interrelation of sources of financing of innovative process and reached of economic result is developed. Besides the practical recommendations directed on activization of innovative activity in Russia are developed.
