Institute of the shareholder agreement - the mechanism, allowing to settle relations of shareholders of the joint-stock company, as among themselves, and in relation to created joint-stock company. In Russia the such mechanism became accessible not so long ago. In article authors in detail consider the mechanism of the coordination of interests of investors on the basis of the shareholder agreement in the Russian conditions.
