The Development of the Russian Stock Market institutional structure

In the given article the authors are studying the development of the Russian Stock Market from the point of view of the institutional theory. The improved definition of the Russian Stock Market institutional structure is supposed on the basis of which the stages of its development are defined. The current condition of the Russian Stock Market is analysed and its peculiarities are defined. Based on the elements of the given institutional structure the market problems are determined and some ways to solve them are supposed.
