The strategy of social and economic development of Volgograd region till 2025 serves as basis for effective regional economic policy aimed at achievement of long-term social and economic development goals. Volgograd region industry ranks as leading in regional economy and influences significantly on economic development. The strategic advantage of industrial complex in Volgograd region is its varied structure. The basic investment instrument for region strategy realization is the development of state-private partnership allowing to attract private practice for solving tasks important for the state.
