In article results of research of specificity of work of bank system of the USSR and the credit establishments organized by aggressors in territories occupied during Great Domestic war are submitted. Dynamics of change of a network of the Soviet bank establishments, innovations in the organization of their activity in conditions a wartime is shown. Attempt of ordering of data on kinds and operations of the credit establishments organized by invaders is undertaken.
