Sources of financing of higher education in the conditions of development of innovative economy

One of the basic conditions of development of innovative economy at the present stage of development of a society is cardinal change of national system of a professional training. In connection with the crisis phenomena in economic the role of system of higher education in transition of economy to an innovative way of development has got still the big urgency. In the present work by means of statistical methods various sources of financing of educational activity of high schools are analysed, the most effective control systems of financial resources of high schools are defined. The conclusion that in the conditions of development of innovative economy only the optimum combination of the budgetary financing, involved off-budget means and софинансирования from employers will provide effective functioning of system of higher education is drawn.
