Securities market state regulation in Russia in the conditions of financial crisis

There was analysed the regulator activity in the share market of Russia in the conditions of financial and economic crisis. In the present work conclusions concerning expediency of intervention of the state in activity of participants of the market in «shock» sales were drawn. There were defined basic directions of efficiency enhancement of governmental regulation of the securities market for overcoming of financial crisis consequences.
