Financial safety in the system of governmental financial control

Contemporary economic conditions require revision of some theoretical and practical bases of supervisory activity, in particular regarding such aspects of state financial control as structuring of its kinds and directions as well as institutional peculiarities of implementation of this major state function. Theoretical substantiation of a set of the solutions relating to maintenance of financial safety of the country and its regions in taxation field by financial control methods is aimed on revealing and suppression of tax evasions by Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
