In article, on the basis of research of various approaches to investment appeal of Southern federal district, the branch structure of attraction of foreign investments is defined, specificity of economy of region is analyzed, agreements between the power and a bizne-catfish that allows to plan more accurately ways of modernisation of economy of the South of Russia are considered.
