Development of principles commercial finance in world and Russian practice

At higher level of development factoring business it is necessary to give special attention to studying of tendencies of demand in the market of financial services and working out of new products. So, some Russian factoring companies announce fast introduction of such products, as maturity factoring; the financing provided with various actives of the client (assets-based lending); schemes of refinancing of leasing operations. Development prospects factoring in Russia, which in itself is effective enough the financial tool of replenishment of circulating assets, are not limited to the offer of various services exclusively under a concession debts. Factoring all over the world is a part of wider industry known as Commercial Finance. The given aspect yet has not received due illumination in the scientific and practical literature, it causes an urgency and expediency of working out of the specified problematic.
