In the article character and degree of influence of world financial crisis on a policy of banks in sphere of management by risks of involving of money-laundering are considered. Author is offered model of an estimation of efficiency of functioning of system complains in bank. The author gives offers on formation in the Russian banks effective mechanism of management by risks of involving in processes of money-laundering, that will allow to operate the given category of bank risks are given and to lower possible negative consequences of their realization.
