The article analyses the state of Russian economy in crisis conditions, in particular factors, which negatively influence financial innovation development. The statistic data of federal executive bodies that characterize settled state of affairs in Russian economy is cited in the work. The necessary stipulations for creating innovative infrastructure and also mechanism of financing support innovative activities, including peculiarities of venture investments, are analyzed.
