The budget of modernization for regional development

Problems of regional development modernization of Russia are considered in the article. Practicality of employment of modernization budget for overcoming of differentiation of Russian regions development levels was justified. Possibilities and efficiency of integration of a part of government capital expenditures of the federal budget, used for crediting, investment and security deposit of capital investment projects, with additional off-budget financial resources, were investigated.
