Actual tasks of the regional banking system in crisis

On the ground of global financial and economic crisis the problems of regional banking system development has become recently even more relevant. In this paper various aspects of banking region activities were analyzed, the most important challenges facing credit organizations were determined, some solutions were suggested. The article concludes that development of regional banking system is not the main goal by itself but a means of economic modernization and providing the necessary conditions for financial guarantee of innovative potential of Chelyabinsk region.
