Influence of financial architecture of the company over the corporate performance

The article is devoted to the investigation of the influence between corporate performance and different corporate governance mechanisms as well as other structural characteristics of the company. Author proposes an integrated approach to the problem via applying the financial architecture concept to the modeling of the strategic performance of the company. The results were received using the database of 212 European and Russian companies.
